Resetting your password

To reset your password, you must first know what it is. If you can't remember your current password, you'll need to contact your email administrator for help.

You must be logged is to perform this action. (see Logging In).

  1. Enter your existing username (email address) and password to log in.
  2. If it is not already active, pick the Mailbox tab after logging in. Then click the Change password button.


  1. Generate or enter a new password in the first two fields. It should be emphasized that even if you create your own password, it must meet the policy criteria.
  2. Enter your existing password, then press the Change password button.


If you generate a password, you must remember it because it will no longer be available in clear text after this point. You should think about using a safe password manager.
