Logging In
- Visit your email login page to log in. This is almost always https://mail.your.domain.name or https://email.your.domain.name, however in certain circumstances, we may assign a different hostname.
- Enter your existing admin login and password to log in.
When your domain was originally created, we will have issued you with an admin login and password. If you do not know or cannot recall this, you must contact us to have it reset.
The domain login is formed from your domain name by preserving just letters and numbers and converting all other characters to hyphens. So, if your domain name is example.com.au, your admin login will be example-com-au.
